1. If you need to change your accommodation date, please notify us 3 days before your check-in date. You can only change your date once, and you will need to pay the difference depending on the room availability and the room rate.
For extended stays, please register at the front desk before noon on the day before check-out. Rooms will be arranged based on on-site availability.

2. Accommodation benefits Check-in time: after 3 pm; check-out time: before 11 am
Each room is limited to a specified number of people. Guests exceeding the limit will be charged a fee.
Room rates are inclusive of taxes and basic service charges. Special offers or promotions may require additional information, which will be announced later.
The amenities in the room are for the use of guests only and are strictly prohibited from being taken out.
Counter service hours: 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

3. Room Usage Regulations Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee.
It is prohibited to use high-energy-consuming or dangerous electrical appliances (such as induction cookers and gas stoves).
Please take good care of the room amenities and facilities. If any are damaged or lost, you will be required to pay for them.
Please lower the volume after 10 pm to avoid disturbing others' rest.

4. Please use public facilities according to the opening hours and regulations (such as chess and card rooms, restaurants, and meeting rooms).
Please refrain from making noise, running, or engaging in dangerous behavior in public areas.
The management unit has the right to stop or refuse use of the park for anyone who is drunk or affects the safety and order of others.
All guests staying in the hotel can enjoy free parking.

5. Personal Data and Privacy This hotel collects, processes and uses your personal data in accordance with the law and only uses it for reservations, check-ins and related services.
Personal information will not be provided to third parties at will unless required by law or necessary services.
You may request to inquire, correct or delete your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

6. Prohibitions: Gambling, excessive drinking, drug use, or other illegal activities are prohibited.
It is prohibited to bring dangerous items (such as explosives and flammable materials) into the museum.
Unauthorized commercial filming, performances, or gatherings are prohibited.
Pets are not allowed without permission.

7. Damage Compensation: If a guest damages or loses any of the room's or public facilities, they must pay compensation based on market value or repair costs.
If personal behavior causes property losses to others or the hotel, the hotel has the right to seek compensation.
Anyone who maliciously damages or refuses to cooperate will be reported to the police and the hotel reserves the right to pursue legal action.
